How long does delivery take?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium: 1–3 business days. Within the EU: 5–10 business days for standard, 1–3 business days for DHL Express. Outside the EU: 2–5 business days for express.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on orders over €50 within Europe. Free DHL Express from €200 in Europe. Thresholds vary by country.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days.
Tracking updates can be delayed, especially after handover between carriers. Customs processing can also cause delays of a few days. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, contact info@vandenbroeklife.com with your name and order number.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it.
Check with neighbors or your building's reception. Your order may also have been delivered to a local post office or DHL Express Point for pickup. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours.
How long will my order be held at a pickup point?
Local post offices sometimes hold packages for about one month. DHL Express Points hold packages for one week. After that, the order is returned to us.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@vandenbroeklife.com. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For EU orders: no. For orders outside the EU: taxes and duties may apply and are your responsibility. Exception: if you're in Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, or the UK, we can offer DHL Express DDP which includes all taxes and duties prepaid. Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for unused products. Contact us to arrange the return.
