What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to over 50 destinations worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, and will be calculated at checkout. For many destinations, we offer free standard shipping from EUR 50. For many destinations we can also offer DHL Express Shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping takes up to 10 business days within Europe and longer for international orders. Express shipping typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on destination.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days without providing a reason. This period starts from the day you, or a designated third party (excluding the carrier), receive the final product in your order. We accept returns for unopened and unused products within this timeframe. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed instructions.

Can I use your products during pregnancy?

While many of our products are safe, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider regarding specific ingredients like Retinol and Retinaldehyde.

Where can I find a list of ingredients for each product?

Each product page includes a detailed ingredient list. Additionally, our Active Ingredients page provides insights into the key components we use.

Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?

Our formulations are free from PEGs, parabens, and other selected ingredients, in line with our philosophy of gentle, skin-friendly care. We formulate and manufacture all products exclusively in the Netherlands, following the strict standards of the European Union, including REGULATION (EC) No 1223/2009.
