Why combine massage with skincare?

Massage stimulates muscles and moves lymph — but that alone isn't enough. During massage, skin warms up, blood flow increases, and active ingredients penetrate into deeper layers of the skin — where they can't reach with simple application. The products amplify the effect of massage, and massage amplifies the effect of the products. It's a system, not two separate steps.

Is massage alone enough? Or products alone?

Each works on its own: massage stimulates muscles and lymph, products deliver active ingredients to the skin. But together, the effect is significantly greater. Massage enhances the penetration of peptides and actives — this is a well-documented mechanism. On days without massage, simply apply the products as part of your daily routine — the actives keep working. But massage days are when the real progress happens.

Why VAN DEN BROEK LIFE products specifically? Can I use my own?
