Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your shipment directly on the DHL or Deutsche Post website, or use our order tracking page for a quick overview.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your dispatch confirmation email.

Standard shipments occasionally pause in tracking, especially during transit between countries. If your standard shipment shows no update for more than 15 business days, or your DHL Express shipment for more than 7 business days, please contact us at info@vandenbroeklife.com with your order number.

We will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@vandenbroeklife.com as soon as possible with your name and order number. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.

If your parcel is already on its way, we are unable to redirect it. If it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the actual shipping cost.

For shipments within the EU, no customs charges apply. For shipments outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority.

For most non-EU destinations, we offer a duties prepaid option at checkout — all import costs are included upfront and your parcel arrives with nothing extra to pay. We strongly recommend this option to avoid delays or unexpected invoices on delivery.

Without duties prepaid, any customs charges are invoiced directly to you and must be paid before your parcel is released.

Collection windows depend on the carrier. For Deutsche Post standard shipments, parcels are typically held for up to 30 days. For DHL Express collection points, the window is usually 7 days.

If you miss the collection window and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund minus the original outbound shipping cost.

DHL applies an elevated risk surcharge to shipments destined for these regions due to ongoing conflict or regional instability. This increases our actual shipping cost significantly. We absorb part of this surcharge and review our fees monthly — if the situation changes, our rates will be updated accordingly.

If you decline a delivery due to unexpected import charges, the parcel will be returned to us. Once received, we will refund the product price only. The original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as this cost was incurred regardless of whether the parcel was accepted.

To avoid this situation, we recommend choosing the duties prepaid option at checkout when shipping outside the EU.
