Eye bags & puffiness
Some come and go. Some don't.
Most morning puffiness isn't from anatomy. It's fluid that builds up overnight in the soft tissue under your eyes, plus tension in the muscle around the eye that makes the swelling look bigger than it actually is. Creams alone work slowly here. Movement first to clear the fluid, then the right active ingredients. That's the method below.
Massage + eye contour gel
Massage twice a week, gel every morning and night. Below: what to expect, week by week.

What the massage does
The massage helps move the fluid that collects overnight under your eyes. Puffiness softens within minutes, and the heavy, swollen look of the morning eye area goes down. Done daily, your under-eye drains the fluid faster and holds less of it, even before you start your massage.
What the product does
Eye Contour Gel contains Haloxyl™, a combination of peptides and flavonoids that helps blood flow and reduces the heavy, congested look under your eyes. Argireline® and SNAP-8™ work with it to relax the muscle tension that makes the eye area look puffier than it is. The massage clears the fluid. The gel works on the rest.
Movement first. Then the right ingredients.
This pairing is one routine inside The Method, my approach to working on skin. The massage prepares the tissue. The skincare works in the tissue you've prepared. One without the other is half the result.
