Dark circles
They're rarely about sleep.
The skin under your eyes is the thinnest on your face, and it shows everything underneath: slow circulation, fluid that stays overnight, and pigment that builds up over years. Creams alone work slowly here. Movement first, then the right active ingredients. That's the method below.
Massage + eye contour gel
Massage twice a week, gel every morning and night. Below: what to expect, week by week.

What the massage does
The massage wakes up circulation and helps move the fluid that gathers under your eyes overnight. This reduces puffiness and the shadows it creates. Done daily, the area under your eyes looks brighter and more refreshed.
What the product does
Eye Contour Gel contains Haloxyl™, a combination of peptides and flavonoids that works on the bluish pigment that builds up under the eye when circulation is slow. The massage moves the fluid. Haloxyl™ works on the pigment that's already there. Used together daily, the area under your eyes looks gradually lighter.
Movement first. Then the right ingredients.
This pairing is one routine inside The Method, my approach to working on skin. The massage prepares the tissue. The skincare works in the tissue you've prepared. One without the other is half the result.
